About ME

I’m Romina Rossi

I grew up within a family of three: two daughters and a mother who assumed both parental roles. Three women united by our shared DNA, history, geography, a profound love for the arts, and culture, and an unwavering passion for the culinary craft. This passion served as a lifeline on numerous occasions. When my mother toiled away from home during extended work hours, my sister and I would step into the kitchen. It became a source of sustenance and a delightful game. Eventually, cooking briefly transitioned into the primary source of family income.

My childhood revolved around the essence of preparing, savoring, and engaging in post-meal conversations that were always rich in discussions about recipes, melodies, shared literature, tales from both the past and present, philosophical musings, and even spontaneous theatrical performances, right there at the dining table. This cherished ritual and the sheer joy it brought were clear signposts to the path I ultimately embraced.

Today, I am that very path I continue to traverse, while also embodying the spirit of the young girl and the woman who, after numerous journeys and experiences, warmly embraced Texas as her true home in the world. It was here that embarked on my culinary journey, and here that I constructed a profound sense of belonging that forever altered the course of my life. I am not just from here; I am from the world, ready to bring a delectable journey of flavors and memorable experiences to your table.
